Bathroom ceramic vanity basin has been cracked and needs replacing. Have purchased the new vanity basin from Bunnings (same model) - just needs installation.

Having some hot water issues. Hot water is running to one shower, two bathrooms and to kitchen, but not to a second shower. I have replaced tap washer and valve - following plumbers advice - to no avail. Boiler is a gas Rinnai infinity 26. With a MC91Q2A controller. Shower is Hansgrohe. Need an experienced plumber to solve the problem. I’m looking for a quote for a call-out fee to diagnose, and go from there. Thanks.

Hi there, Our building inspector suggested we get a licensed plumber in to check out a damp issue at the property my partner and I are looking to buy. There are a couple of leaks in the bathroom, from the shower head, between the shower screen and the wall, and the main concern is the dampness showing up in the bedroom wall (right next to the bathroom) we’re not sure what’s causing it. Happy to send through the full report too, as it lists a few other minor plumbing-related defects. Thanks

I have a shower leak, some days ago I tried epoxy regrouting myself but it seems that did not help. As it was not very clean and if anything it might have changed a few things. The base of the shower now has a little dip . The shower has brick walls and is 1x1 mt square...small shower. Perhaps regrouting and redoing those tiles would help and maybe waterproofing that part of it. Let me know pls Here is some additonal information : OK SO THIS WOULD NEED RETILING TOO as the walls are retiled before ( there might have been a board underneath that) , so that needs to be removed, waterproofed and retiled. I have added some additional photos, which show you how the leak is coming on the exterior of the shower wall. Let me know now pls and also how many days do you need. Pls include tiles cost (for shower part only) and taking away all the waste as well. thanks

Toilet keeps making gurgling noises and water comes out post each flush instead of stopping

I am looking for a handman to help prepare space for a dishwasher underneath the kitchen benchtop in the photo attached. No plumbing or electrical required. Considering installing the dishwasher on the left hand side of the photo (or advice generally where the most suitable place to install).

Install new Grohe mixer faucet-tap in kitchen sink. Remove existing faucet and taps. Cover existing tap holes with stainless steel caps.

Plumbing of the kitchen sink is leaking. I think it’s the hot water. It looks like the pipe is not draining properly. (I doubt it’s blocked as it has only been installed) . Also a dishwasher needs to be connected. Either Friday or Saturday

I have commercial double sinks, single sink and dishwasher to be connected. there are pipes already but they will need to be extended to fit all of them . we have taps that need to be installed as well I need the double sink and dishwasher to go where you can see the plumbing already. Single sink on the other side of the window. ( I assume you will have to bring them to that side. There is a hand washing sink in the other room so plumbing might already be there and you may have to just extend it ) . I’ve also added some photos of plumbing just outside of that room. I would like them done either on monday or tuesday

We have purchased a new tap set to replace broken shower wall taps but we cannot remove the tap due to access issues and not having a tap spanner. The tap being removed is around 25mm and we have the replacement taps to fit. We’d also like it to be straightened and not leaky when fixed.

There is a leak from a pipe under the sink in our laundry.

I have an instant electric hot water system in my apartment, it gets up to 45-50° in my laundry and kitchen taps but the shower and bathrooms are max 35-38°. I would like some help in locating and removing the tempering valve or valves that are limiting the hot water temperature in the bathroom. I'm happy to be flexible on the price.
