Just need someone to assist with getting the toilet seat off (it doesn't seem to have a quick release function and is not the same as the current model of the Ellisse toilet suite). Toilet looks like partially blocked. Drains really slow and sometimes I need to flush it 4x to clear a small bit of toilet paper. Ive tried using dishwashing soap. But not a plunger as I do not have one plus not confident a plunger will fix it

Replace faulty bridge tap

Nut broke, tap came out. Need to replace nut and washer.

Replace existing chipped basin (above counter) and waste plug with new supplied basin. Also, check tap for leak.

Hello - our shower, floor and sink waste in our main bathroom have backed up. We've tried plunging but with no luck. Kitchen, laundry and ensuite wastes drain fine, so it is localised to our shower/floor waste somewhere. Would someone be able to come out and fix this for us? We're in a 1st floor 1970s apartment.
