Not popping up in my bathtub pop up waste drain, probably need a replacement

attached pictures the water is leaking and when we turn the hot and cold taps off it doesnt stop. this is the wash room with the washing machine I've also attached some other photos that demonstrates there is no visible way for me to turn this particular tap off. we need a plumber to come and fix

Need to have a bidet installed in my bathroom. I have already bought the hand shower - will just need to split for the pipe.

Got a new countertop and need a licensed plumber to connect the sink, tap and cooktop. Everything is in place, just need to be connected. You will need Trap and waste kit, gas thread tape for cooktop, off white silicone for sink. Hoping to have someone come between 9-11. Theres already an existing gas connection.
