Toilet flusher isn’t not working

Toilet water wont stop running, when we flush the loo the water wont stop running

Need to connect than pipe on the commode. The black rubber which was connecting them got damaged. I need two of them for two commodes

Toilet door had fallen off hinges, I believe it’s an easy fix. Vent I have is slightly too big for insert already cut out, will need someone to have the correct tools to cut it bigger and fit it correctly.

Inlet valve of toilet flush needs to be replaced including parts.

Need to know if what is shown in hlthe photos can be fix or need to replace the whole thing. Please let me know
