I need my bathroom tap to be changed to mixer, replace the shower base.,

Having issues with our dishwasher. Everytime I turn it on no water goes to it

The hot water for shower and basin tap in the master room is not working. It is only getting warm after few minutes. We don't have a mixer tap on the shower or basin, so hot water tap is by itself. The other taps for shower and basin in other side of the house which is in the same floor don't experience the same issue. It is a 2 floor house with one electrical hot water system. The hot water system seems working fine, as other taps in the house gets hot water.

I would like a quote for (1) replacement of shower head with the one shown in the picture and matching taps (2) re-siliconing the base of our small shower cubicle and (3) change of toilet seat and lid. We require assistance to measure and choose the right toilet seat, but we are not fussed on style.

I want to change my kitchen sink tap. I want to change it for one with an extending hose. I'm not sure how to size it or what I'm looking for in terms of hardware size. I'll need someone to come and measure/check sizes, purchase tap, and install the tap. Included in the photos are the current set up and the kind of tap I want to replace it with. The budget I've put is for installation only and the price of the tap will be reimbursed.

The sink and shower drains really slow, There is a bad smell in the downstairs room. A foul odor also appears when water is running in the upstairs room.There might be a blockage somewhere

1) Leaking water in 2x flushes - the buttons are really hard to push down as well so could be a problem with the inlet valve along with the flush valve. Not sure. 2) need a mesh covering on the back of the exhaust fan in the bathroom as insects are coming through it. 3) need some white sealant to cover the border of the shower area as the exisiting one seems to have disappeared at a few places Not sure what parts I need. I have a water pipe on top of my patio roof that has holes in it and it's funneling a lot of water into a specific area of the gutter that can't support that much water. I need to replace part of the pipe that's broken and also extend it to reach the pipe that connects to my water tank.
