2 story townhouse Shower on 2nd floor is working fine and doesn't appear to be clogged. However, directly underneath the bathroom, water is leaking through the ceiling on the ground floor. Water gathering in the bottom of the fridge. Clearly a blocked drain.

Toilet seat is already removed from the pipe. We need the first 2-3 meter of the pipe cleaned up off all the calcium built up and then install a new toilet set which we can buy as long as any specific dimensions told to us. If possible we would like bidet style of toilet seat installed. Electric work for the power point will be done later.

My shower area is flooded with water, looks like a drainage issue. The water drains very slowly. I tried using Drano crystals and liquid products from Bunnings to clear the blockage, but no luck.

The shower bases are leaking, requiring replacement/refitting and new floor tiling and partial wall tiling.
