New tap installation and drain

I recently had a building inspection done and they detected moisture in the walls of my ensuite and main bathroom, as well as visible damage to the skirting boards in both bathrooms. I believe the laundry is also affected (sits below main bathroom), but that wasn't mentioned in the report. I need a qualified plumber to help me determine exactly where the leak is coming from.
