need an experienced shower leak repair and regrouting specialist to repair a leaking 920 × 920 mm shower in Broadmeadows. Water appears to be escaping from the shower entrance/threshold area. The suspected cause is deteriorated floor grout, perimeter silicone, or a problem around the waterstop. Required work: • Inspect and confirm the source of the leak • Completely remove the old shower floor grout and perimeter silicone • Regrout the shower floor with high-quality waterproof epoxy grout • Apply new mould-resistant bathroom silicone around the full perimeter • Inspect and properly repair or replace the shower entrance waterstop as required • Remove and refit the existing shower screen if necessary to access the waterstop • Check and reseal around the floor waste if required • Conduct a water/leak test after completion • Remove all waste and leave the bathroom clean The completed shower must be watertight and stop the existing leak. A minimum five-year written leak/waterproofing warranty covering labour and materials is required. I will be completely stripping down an old bathroom. I would like the plumber to inspect the pipes, check if any are damaged or clay pipes behind the wall /under the floor and move taps of the old bathtub to where the new shower base would be, and move the drain of the bathtub to where the new shower base would be

The hot water for the shower isn’t working The gas is tho but I have no idea why the water isn’t hot and need it fixed asap

I’m looking for a licensed plumber to inspect two newly renovated bathrooms. Both showers have an ongoing sewer gas smell, and we need to know by confirming whether the plumbing — particularly the shower traps — is compliant with AS/NZS 3500. We’re not asking for repairs at this stage, just an inspection.

Just need the kitchen sink mixer tap replaced. I will buy the replacement unit. You just need to remove the old one and install the new one.

The hot water connection on my washing machine isn’t working. The cold water works fine, but hot water doesn’t seem to come through. Not sure if it’s a plumbing issue or something with the machine. Looking for someone experienced to inspect and fix the problem.

Kitchen sink blocked.tried using drain block open powder and few more thing didn’t work tried to clean the pipe underneath which are accessible but found notthing on them .and still is blocked.

Sink need hot water connections, connection is there but need to add a pipe for hot and cold water.

sink in bungalow is blocked, shower install, 3 bathtubs installed, 1 normal, 2 ofuro and also close up gap to wall from toilet in bungalow. Bunglaw only has a toilet.
