Hi Could you please provide a quote for an end of lease 1 room 1 bathroom cleaning? I was sharing an apartment and I am vacating now. Room requires just wall cleaning (white wall nothing else - no carpet no steam nothing). Zetland NSW Victoria Parade.

Install new light shades (x3): Replace existing light shades with 3 new standard fittings (from Beacon Lighting) Drilling into the ceiling is required to install new fittings Existing shades will be removed (pictured) Timing is flexible — ideally on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Remove a stubborn mark/stain from a white kitchen pantry shelf. Came from a banana that was going off.

Find the right paint colour and paint the door and the hole for me. The paint came off due to a 3M sticker. The new colour needs to match the existing colour as closely as possible. We want to repaint the whole door and the hole on the wall.

One wall has been patched but needs a good sand and paint

I stuck a poster on my bedroom wall with 2 sided tape and when I took it down it ripped the paint off the wall or, more precisely, it looks kind of like white wallpaper. I need this invisibly repaired; either you do it or show me how to do it myself. I don’t have much budget for this.

Had stuck a light panel to the wall using 3M tape. When taking off plaster peeled off wall. Need patch work and paint on the damaged area.

A scuff mark or chipped paint on the skirting board near the floor. The goal is to patch and repaint the affected areas so they match the surrounding surface as closely as possible. we used command strips and “renter friendly” (lies do not use) stick on hooks and they took off a layer of paint! we would love someone to assist us in repairing it as we are moving out soon. There is four places to repair unfortunately, they are small, but painting is not my forte and i would prefer to leave it to someone who has done this task before/experienced painter.
