Wall patch up needs to be filled and painted and sanded

3M wall hangers have damaged 5 small patches of the wall and paint. Need fixed. I have patched with basic white paint temporarily. Original paint available. Example pictures below of type of damage. Damage is not on doors, all on wall paint.

2 bed 2 bathroom place. Need a clean before we paint this weekend. We’ve spent two nights cleaning the walls but want it to be as perfect as possible. We’re running out of time before painting on Saturday so we need someone to do it Friday only. We’re ripping up the carpet so you don’t need to worry about the floors getting a bit of water and cleaning product on them. Part of my upstair carpeted floor has creaking noises whenever someone steps over it. Also, this may be normal but some parts of my bedroom ceiling and walls occasionally have these cracking/popping timber noises. the bedroom is also upstairs.
