Our not-for-profit organisation needs internal painting performed in the office area of a warehouse building in Botany as part of a Make Good clause on an end of lease. The entire space is 174 square metres. Floor plan attached.

Supply and fix 6mm villaboard sheeting and 90mm cornice to the walls of a room.Plaster the joins as well. The room is 9m long , 3.5m wide and the walls are 3.4m high.There are 2 doorways and three windows. There is approximately 75 sq metres of wall area to be covered and 25m of cornice.
