Scope of Work • Cut and neaten hole edges • Install backing support if required • Fit a plasterboard patch • Tape and apply joint compound in layers • Sand smooth and finish flush with ceiling • Prime and paint to match existing ceiling colour Location: Haymarket • Ceiling is standard height • You will need to bring tools and materials • Paint needs to be colour matched

I need a ceiling painted, it is approx. 120 sqm and the ceiling is about 4.5m high. I will supply the paint. On the plans it is the highlighted purple area.

Ceiling painted. PHOTOS: Curiosa common room is for reference of what I would like (minus the gold stars as most likely that part will need to be DIY, I'm assuming unless they could be painted?) Not sure if it's possible with a spray gun but the original people who did this used sponges as it's a much smaller space. Open to ideas and suggestions. STUDIO: Around each poles and in corners to be gold 'cloud' type design like the photo reference. Space is about 90sqm Pillars (currently mottled gold) to be all black. Only the highest part of the ceiling to have the gold design. RECEPTION: Undecided if we should just keep the whole reception area all black or also include the design. Space is about 20sqm. Parts of the studio ceiling will need to be sanded down as there are some dodgy patches to cover holes as seen in photos. CBD location, second floor. We are only closed in the Christmas break so this is the only time I have available for this job. We have last classes on Sunday 22nd and reopen Jan 6th.
