Hello, I’m looking to have my roof cleaned, painted, and a few tiles & pointings replaced. Overall it’s in good nick, just hasn’t had a good facelift in a while. A few photos are attached - 3br single-storey house in Reservoir VIC. We need a decent-quality clear coat to be used, as we do not want to change the natural colour of the tiles. They are a two-tone concrete which we want to give new life. Paint should be CLEAR low-gloss finish. Requirements are below: -Check flashings & seals -Replace a few broken/missing tiles & pointings as needed -Repoint/rebed as needed -High-pressure wash (entire roof area) -Remove debris from gutter & downpipes -Primer/sealer coat -2 coats matte or low-sheen clear top coat (it’s important that the natural two-tone concrete colour is ‘refreshed’ rather than recoloured) -Remove rubbish or materials from site Timing is flexible, looking to have the job done in the next month or so.
