The skylight window is above a double height void approx 5m above the floor. It has peeling paint (charcoal colour) that needs to be stripped and re-painted white. I’ll supply the paint, but don’t have ladder so you’d need to bring a ladder(s). The skylight is a central pivot Velux roof window, which can rotate so could do it from the rooftop if easier (and if safe). - Due date: Flexible

There is light mould on the bathroom ceiling which is too difficult for me to reach and mould on some of the bathroom tiles which I have not been successful in removing. - Due date: Flexible

1 x 10m brick path next to house. Needs priming and 2 coats. I have all the paint already. There is flaking paint on the bricks currently which I have wire brushed already. Some prep may be required to complete the work.
