Need to strip paint and then sand skirting boards and architraves. Also need to punch nails in floorboards in preparation for sanding. 2 bedrooms + corridor. All tools provided. 2 days work.

Due to illness, we are needing to find a painter to complete/redo this job. Some sanding and filling and painting. Remove varnish from sliding window frames and two doors and paint matte black. First storey will require a scissor lift. I am needing task completed in next three weeks.

There is mould mainly on the ceilings and some of the side walls of small bathroom that need to be removed. - Due date: Flexible

The skylight window is above a double height void approx 5m above the floor. It has peeling paint (charcoal colour) that needs to be stripped and re-painted white. I’ll supply the paint, but don’t have ladder so you’d need to bring a ladder(s). The skylight is a central pivot Velux roof window, which can rotate so could do it from the rooftop if easier (and if safe). - Due date: Flexible

There is light mould on the bathroom ceiling which is too difficult for me to reach and mould on some of the bathroom tiles which I have not been successful in removing. - Due date: Flexible

Our dog has scratched the back of our door and we need it sanded/filled and painted again. - Due date: Flexible

Timber deck to be oiled - c 5x4 metres; two outdoor arm chairs and three small coffee tables; oil provided but materials to apply would need to be supplied. - Due date: Before Friday, 28 October 2022

Hi! There is a hole in my wall that I would like patched and painted over. It’s about 10cm by 20cm in size. I don’t know the paint colour currently so would need it to be matched. Cheers, Emma
