I need to have my deck painted. The old stain may have to be remove. Need advice.

There are 46 battens which need to be sealed. We will provide a water based sealant, brush etc. Battens will be cleaned and sanded by us, so the application is all that is needed. Someone with experience preferred as careful application is important – To top, bottom and rear of battens. Because the product must be applied to the rear-facing side, this job will take approximately 3-4 hours. - Due date: Flexible

I have purchased 12 sheets of 1800x1200 plaster already as I was going to do this myself until I injured my back. I’d like for offers to include all other materials required. The wall between the two rooms will be without a door, so I’d like this thoroughfare plastered. The room measures 3.0x 3.5m approximately. I will be installing insulation prior to this job commencing. I am looking for a job that will prepare both rooms for painting so I’d like any damaged areas touched up.
