There are several wooden doors in a newly constructed building, located between the living area and the bathroom. The lower part of the doors, close to the floor, has been damaged due to moisture. The wood has started to peel and the paint has come off in those areas. In addition, one of the door locks has become loose and needs to be repaired. The damaged wooden sections need to be scraped or sanded, and then repainted with a matching color. However, we currently do not have the matching paint available.

It might need a layer of render first? I’m not sure if the process? One side has a feature beam that needs to be left exposed. Walls on three sides and above/around the fourth side (wardrobe side) of a small room need to be painted.
