For the floorboards: The area is about 90 sqm. Sand and polish floorboards of entire vacant 3 bedroom house. Minor repairs are required too - the three worst small sections are attached (floorboards otherwise in good condition). The front rooms are older baltic pine and the rear extension is new hardwood. All rooms have floorboards (including the bathroom). The polish should be a matte finish - im happy to have a chat about what you think will work best. For the deck: The deck is around 16 sqm. Sand the deck. Finish with a standard deck finish (e.g. a simple matte stain) Quote should be all inclusive of airtasker fees and materials (inc polish). Clean/prepare and then seal the deck. It is 4.5metres x 4metres including some steps. I have the product (Aquadeck oil) for sealing just not the applicator brush and chemical cleaner required. It doesn't need sanding.
