I have a large wooden outdoor deck that I need help sanding. I've already done about 90% of it with a drum and edge sander but I need a hand getting the rest of it done. I'll be helping as well. Honestly don't see it taking us more than a few hours - will provide caffeine :) and cash Also I need someone who has the tools for this!

We are currently doing up the courtyard area and need the following tasks completed * someone to clean the desk and re-stain. * painting of window frames and galvanized steel railing. * Potting/planters filled with soil * need some shelves unscrewed and re-screwed in around the office. These tasks may need to be completed over a number of days as the deck will need to be stained, and dry before completing the other tasks

Approximately 40 square metres of hardwood deck to be professionally sanded.

Outdoor wooden decking and built-in seating needs sanding back to original wood and a clear decking oil applied. I will supply decking oil. Currently with orange /red stain that needs complete sanding off as we do not like the colour. 3550mm x 4600mm deck flooring- with seating additional. Date flexible- any time over the next 2 weeks ideally. Seating on deck perimeter needs the same treatment. Have just cleaned with high pressure hose and the stain is coming off in areas- see photos attached.
