Repaint bathroom ceiling. As seen in the photos, paint is peeling from the pressed tin ceiling. This could be because it was originally painted incorrectly, without the correct sealants etc., suitable for a steamy bathroom. There are about 6 holes in walls ranging in size from 2 cm to 15cm, and another couple that are larger (about 40cm x 20cm each) There are ten down lights in the kitchen/living area that were originally installed with larger lights, and these all need to have their holes patched and then re-done in the correct size.
