We are looking for a professional to relocate a ceiling manhole from the kitchen to the central hallway of the house. The scope of work includes: - Removal of the existing manhole (inner dimensions: 50x50 cm, outer dimensions: 63x63 cm). - Installation of a new 600x600 mm manhole in the designated hallway (manhole will be provided). - Patching and repainting the old manhole spot to ensure the ceiling has a smooth, seamless finish that blends with the surrounding area. Looking for an experienced painter as we will need the following rooms to be painted (walls and some ceiling beams but no ceilings) and the highest peak of the house goes to almost 3.5m: A master bedroom - walls and ceiling beams to be painted A small study - walls and ceiling beams to be painted Lounge and family room - some walls that are high only to be painted No wall prep required, just need careful cutting of wall trims and a coat of paint (an extra coat may be required only if neccessary). Beams may need prepping, a professional opinion required. EDIT: we no longer are painting the beams.
