We recently removed the carpet, underlay, nails and staples. There are 14 stair treads 930mm wide x 260mm deep with 16 risers 930mm wide x 150mm high The staircase has a landing 950mm wide x 1870mm long balustrades, hand rails and stringers do not need to be sanded and repainted Holes on the risers where nails have been removed need to be sanded and filled Staple holes on treads, risers and landing need to be sanded and filled Colour of stairs where carpet has been removed is slightly lighter in colour, treads and risers need to be sanded and restored to a uniform colour that match the existing handrails and stringers. I have a 2 bed / 2 bath unit that needs a refresh. Job is to paint walls, interior doors, woodwork and ceilings. Holes and similar to be filled prior to painting. Ceilings will need to be repaired as new downlighters fitted and holes in gyproc from old ceiling fittings. Happy for all walls to be same colour if easier (probably quarter hogbrush) and ceilings woodwork and doors to be white. Hi everyone, i need a section of brick wall covered with Gyprock, plastered and patched. I have attached pictures to get more idea. The area around pipe has to be plastered and the Gyprock patched and painted and single coat the whole wall, wall is aprox 4x3 meter. Let me know the quotes. Gyprock hole size is 200x400.
