I need to repair a small portion of the back of my Toyota Camry Ascent Sport hybrid 2020 black after a small accident.

Tenants left the candle burnt overnight. It burnt through the table mat and left a stain on the table.. Is there any chance to fix it by sanding/ painting and refinishing the damages? Thanks heapss

Part of my upstair carpeted floor has creaking noises whenever someone steps over it. Also, this may be normal but some parts of my bedroom ceiling and walls occasionally have these cracking/popping timber noises. the bedroom is also upstairs.
