55 m2 of living room ceiling post water damage in selected areas. 6 m at highest point of raking ceiling. In addition one bedroom ceiling 6m2. We have the paint already but decided too big of job to do ourselves in the end. 2 m2 requires ceiling patching work as the paint is flaking . Only one area is flaking as per picture which is accessible and lowest ceiling height .
