Finish up painting the back wooden fence. 3/4 of it has been done, so it's basically just the one side of the fence. Paint and equipment will be supplied. We also have a spraypaint gun if you prefer. Job is in Montmorency.

The entrance needs 2 top coats & the hallway needs undercoat + 2 x top coats (ceiling has been done). Using Berger undercoat, & Porters top coats so it will dry quickly + have 2 split systems in rooms off hallway which can help with humidity if needed. All prep work has been done. Final coat can be done tomorrow morning if needed.

Ceilings only. 2 rooms @ 12 sqm (3metres x 4metres)per room. 2400mm high ceiling. Flat (no pitch). No patching or repairs. Labour only. I will supply paint & ladder. You will need to bring drop sheets and painting tools. No cutting in. Cornices already painted.

I need an interior room painter, walls and ceiling. Room is approx 7m by 15m. So ceiling is around 98sqm. One wall is maybe 21sqm (7x3). The additional 3 walls maybe 40sqm in total (8 windows in total also need trim painted). Is a new extension so no prep. Is plastered. No architraves or skirts to paint. Note the lower part of the room has a high ceiling. I can supply scaffold for that. I can include paint but brushes, rollers, drop cloth, etc should be yours.

Less than 12 sqm tin roof painted. Needs to be pressure washed, roof screws screwed down and holes plugged.

Sand small patch in ceiling and paint 11m2 ceiling. You supply paint and must use drop sheets - Due date: Before Friday, 16 February 2024
