Room is 3.6m x 3.4m. Ceiling is painted at the moment. Needs to be skim coated and walls need to be patched around the top to bring them up to being flush with the rest of the walls. Once the walls and ceiling are made good cornicing will need to be installed. I will supply the cornicing

Paint the ceiling and four walls of a 4.4 x 3.3 living room. The colour is fairly dark (Hailstorm by Porters Paints). We would be happy to supply the paint but do not have other equipment. We would prefer the applicant to inspect the room so we can get to a more detailed game plan before the start date.

I need to re-paint my apartment together with skirtings. It is a 2 bedroom apartment.

Small repairs needed on 3x spots in rental that have come off. Need to colour match to the walls as well.

Paint only one wall of old weatherboard house. Approx dimensions of wall - 4m x 19m. Paint needs to be the same as the the rest of the house - Dulux Weathershield. The weatherboards will need to be sanded and filled (as required) but this side of the house is on the neighbours side so doesn't have to be aesthetically perfect - it just needs to be painted and sealed to keep the weather out and be watertight. The house is 4m tall and reduces to about 3m at the back, and the gap between the houses is about 1m, so suitable equipment should be available to allow access and to prevent overspray on the neighbours house. The weatherboards are a mix of original and newly replaced boards, all are functional (ie not soft or rotten) just some of the older ones have peeling paint.

Keen to have a few walls given a quick paint job in an apartment I'm moving out of to cover up scuff marks and holes I've filled in where the TV and hooks were. I've got a diagram of the apartment and the walls that need to be painted to give you an idea of the surface area that needs to be covered.
