Need to have 70sqm apartment painted. Floor and Ceiling including patching of damages. Service to include cost of paint. Happy to meet up and finalise quote with price negotiable.

Paint a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room apartment. Ceiling height 2.7m the entire apartment is approximately 67sq meters. Painter to provide paint, labour and all materials as well as drop sheets. The apartment is also currently furnished so you will need to allow to move and COVER the furniture whilst you work. The apartment is in a highrise and I’ll provide ONE parking space. Minimum one undercoat plus TWO top coats and some very small areas with minor plaster cracks. Bedrooms and living have one wall each of full height glass so only 3 walls to paint in dining and bedrooms. Floors are carpeted so you will need to allow to cover floors whilst working. Kitchen and bathroom floors are tiled. Please CONFIRM the time/duration required to complete this job as well as your price inclusive of flat wall paint and a semi gloss on door frames, skirting and arch’s

There’s 3 small patches in my wall which tore the paint off because of 3M that was previously attached to it. I’ve got all the equipment so far and from what I know it’s not a huge job. I want it patched asap. All the equipment is already purchased

We did sanding with 60 Grit We would like to engage a Tradie to do the final 120 grit sanding and do sealing Area : 12 sqm We have all products but happy to extra if you use your own supplies too

Existing door and frame of apartment entrance door needs to be sanded and painted. Same colour. Acrylic paint is provided. There is a new stainless steel plate under the door handle that needs to be sanded/primed. Surrounding walls, floor, door fittings need to be masked. Start and finish time is flexible, key to be picked up and returned from a nearby Ezymart store (Keynest Code will be provided) . Must be completed by following day.
