The wall was originally black and has already had two coats of white paint, except for a narrow black strip along the very top that we couldn’t reach. Need some wall and door frame touch-ups done on our rental. Paint was pulled off patches of the wall when removing adhesive picture hanging strips - these will need sanding and repainting. The door frame also needs painting; it has sticky residue on it from mesh that was previously mounted there (should come off with cleaning/sanding before painting). I am looking for a qualified painter to complete painting the full internal of my 4 bedroom property. The house will be vacant without any furniture. Painting must include 1. Walls 2. Ceilings 3. Skirting Boards 4. Patching/Repair cracks We will be using 2 different colours, one for the walls and a white for the ceiling. I can purchase paint or can reimburse to get a trade discount. We will select specific colours in next few weeks but assume Dulux or similar common product. Floor plan is attached and a few photos of some rooms.
