Need to prepare an apartment for sale. Think 1 coat would do but please quote for 1 or 2 coats of paint on the walls. The apartment is quite small and has 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and bathroom.

I require this bedroom to be painted white. There are a couple of marks on the walls where patch work was completed. Bedroom size is 3.6 x 3 meters. Walls and trims need pairing and would like to match with other rooms. Ceiling does not need doing. Paint is not supplied.
