The trim is all new and will need to be filled due to nail holes and gaps, the skirting and trim in the hall will need caulking as well. Understand it might be a two visit job with drying times but be great to prime at least today or at least this week. I think the electrician is coming tomorrow. Later on would like a quote for outside deck area where they have replaced weatherboards from swapping external window and removing old laundry windows but that’s not part of this job.

I need assistance painting a suspended ceiling. Everything has been draped off already and the light fixtures have been taped & cut in, but I grossly underestimated the effort of rollering a ceiling. Council demands a landlord special on this one for food safety standards so we need to paint over the rails to seal them to the plaster panels (I have no positive feelings about this but want my shop open asap) The space is approximately 3m x 5m. Ideally you can just come in and spray it - we already have the paint and can cover the walls with clear drop sheets before your arrival. Can be done any time this week. The wooden kitchen countertop has gotten a bit sticky, probably due to the coating coming off over the years. We would like it to be sanded and coated. We tried cleaner etc but did not work, so it will probably need to be sanded no re-coated but open to other ideas of how to remove the stickiness.

There was some water ingress from the roof into our kitchen so the paint got damaged, it is peeling off in few places, so, the kitchen walls and ceiling needs to be repainted. It is not a big job- the kitchen is cca 3.5x 5 m large but some space as you can see are cubits. Anyway, white paint, the parts where there is visible water damage need to be somehow treated, the off coming paint stripped away. Probably one coating is enough, but not sure. A total of approximately 25m2 of wall to be added and 2.5m2 to be removed. 2 doors, 2 highlight windows and 5 electrical outlets will need to be included for the new walls. The wall extension at the rumpus opening and wall reduction at the study requires set square finishing.
