Two sliding Window not able to open as Sash Aluminum cords do not hold the top window. Top window comes crashing down. (was top I get the spiral cords from Witco?, easier to get someone who knows what they are doing))

My dog has crewed the wooden window frames. I need them repaired without replaceing the whole frames.

Very old window frames to be repaired or replaced. One double panel at kitchen (also fix the latch) and one at bedroom with the broken glass. There are a few other window frames also need a bit work but not urgent. You will also need to repair some of the trim and putty. A door handle also need to be repaired if you can. I need film installed on my windows around my house. pictures show the front of the house that is primarily the focus to get done. i can purchase a roll at bunnings although if you know of anywhere to get good quality cheaper then i can add to the price, its Mirror tinted film ill be looking for. i would attempt it myself however dont want to waste the film as it can be expensive to buy. photos show the front of the house, 9 small individual windows (3 per room)to be applied. also i have attached a view of the windows for a close up.

A guest has tried to use the blinds on the skylight and has pulled on side off. The screw now slips straight out of the hole so will need to be redone. Would also like the opposite side checked to make sure it sturdy as there has been some paint fall from that side since the incident. You will need a ladder to reach the affected area.
