Hi there, I need a painter with patience & meticulous painting & prep work for small job at home. Mainly small touch ups and probably 1 coat to window frame. Door needs tlc with sanding and filling and potentially 2 top coats in oil. Note paint to be supplied by me, all other materials to be supplied by the tradesperson. See photos.

2 window frames need some attention. 1 has small wood rot on side panel, this needs to be fixed, primed and painted. All windows panels need Recaulking / reputtin on the interior only. 1 other window also requires some attention as paint is lifting, needs sanding, priming and repainting. Windows will also need Recaulking / reputting on the interior only.

We recently installed a new window, which required removing the existing frame. I’m looking for a skilled carpenter to finish off the job by cutting and fitting timber to size around the window and securing it in place. The goal is to neatly cover the new window frame so the area can be prepped and painted. It’s not a major task but does require someone who can accurately measure, cut, and install timber on-site to achieve a clean, professional finish.

We need a handyman! Initial task and pricing is to repair rotten fascia on kitchen window behind sink needs to be replaced. Just the bottom panel. This is a my parents house and they are preparing to sell. There is highly likely other handyman jobs to be done following on from this. Door Handles to be fixed, door to be installed. Patching. Etc but all yet to be determined.

Timber around windows has rotted and needs to be repaired /replaced. Job includes 8 large fixed (non-opening) windows only accessible from roof (you will need a ladder), and one small window accessible by ladder. Open to estimates/offers as to cost.

Need a window winder reattached to a window temporarily, window frame wood is not in good shape but need to reattach in order to close window.

Window glass and the outer frame has been dislodged

Four windows have been double glazed and now need to be prepared for painting and painted internally and externally. A single story house.

I have an apartment about to sell and there are some minor paint works left to do. Keen to get it done ASAP. I have the paint (but no brushes). - Retouch 2x window frames, in kitchen and bathroom (they were recently reopened) - minor spot touch ups on other windows where chipped (say 20 minutes only with a brush) - only one colour required And if possible: - paint the small face of the bottom of the top sash that’s visible through the glass when its open, for 6x windows - a fiddly job, but just enough to make it look nice. Need to paint from the inside. Please clean up, and take photos after completion. Keys to be picked up nearby. Parking in site.

We need a wall lightly sanded and painted after having insulation blown in. There are multiple plaster patches that need a light sand and then the whole painted to match other walls. The wall is 3.30m by 2.3 m. We also need the outside window to be lightly sanded and painted after having double glazing retrofitted. We would prefer the job to be done between 10am and 4pm. Paint is supplied. BYO brushes and rollers.

Timber Window frame is water damaged and is rotting. Needs to be repaired

I would like the hallway, two bedrooms, stairwell and all skirting boards, window and door frames painted in my small townhouse. The photos show everything that I would like painted, except for the door and window frames upstairs (six in total upstairs). Please note I am not sure of what an appropriate cost for this would be but I will negotiate based off what everyone offers.

Remove window frame. Replace rotten timber along the bottom of the window frame, paint and reinstall window. This job would suit an experienced handyman or carpenter. Matching paint would be provided.
