25m of wall by 3.8m high needs a neat painting job. Plus exterior of Garage area. All gray areas outside (see example in pictures) need a glossy finish / refresh. I have a tin of paint to match the exact grey colour - the painter will need to get more paint to complete the job. There is graffiti that needs to be completely covered which may require two coats for these Graffiti areas (see pics). Second part of the job: To paint over mould along the window frames inside and two small areas of mould. (See pic). I have the specific white paint to match.
