Need 2 blind cord clips to be installed on a brick/cement window frame. First photo is what needs to be done.

Bricks need to fastened to the wall with cement so that it doesn't fall apart.

I've cleaned and painted some of my eaves and fascia boards. But my ladder doesn't stretch far enough for the rest. Want someone, with their own ladder and insurance, to come and clean then paint my eaves and the high window frames/sills. See photos for the bits in red for what I need painted. The kid in the picture is 135CM if you want an idea as to how high the tallest bit is. I'd say you'll at least need a 10M latter, if not bigger, to get to it.
