Scope of works: Identify the source of the leak Repair and seal the window to prevent future water ingress Repair and/or replace damaged timber in the window frame Ensure the window is properly sealed and weatherproof The leak has caused water damage to the timber frame, so experience with timber repairs and external sealing is essential. As the window is on the second storey, appropriate equipment and safety measures will be required.
