We have a timber window frame with one panel that has some rotten wood and needs replacing. Assume it needs a new frame, putty and painting

Repair rotten bathroom window frame/sill. Need rotten/soft timber cut out and replaced/spliced with new timber where required, then treated, filled only where appropriate, sanded, sealed/caulked, primed and repainted white. Also repair small cracks above toilet/shower area: scrape loose paint/filler, patch, sand, prime and repaint/touch up. Please include materials in quote. Not looking for full window replacement unless absolutely necessary.
