The timber frame that surrounds the aluminium kitchen window at my parents house needs removing and replacing due to kitchen sink water splashing back onto it over the years. It is rotting mostly at the bottom near the sink. The actual window and aluminium frame are fine. We do not detect any plumbing issues with the sink, it is one of those lever style taps that can spray up quickly sometimes, which is causing the timber to get wet.

I have two windows on level 2 of property that require new frames. Exisiting glass can be used. These are installed using steel hook hinges. I can remove the windows but require someone who can remove glass, create new custom frames, replace glass and re attach hook hinges. 2 windows approx 1135mm x 1160mm
