Window frame need skering

Painting skirting boards and window frames in living room and skirting boards in hallway.

Our window frame is missing 2 bolts/plugs and need someone who knows what they’re doing to put bolts / plugs in the frame

I have cut some rot out the window. I need someone to fit some wood in there and I can fill, sand a paint where required. *I already have the wood to use*

The photo shows the rotten section that needs to be cleaned and filled. I dont want the entire frame to be replaced, just fix of the rotten sections.

Two ground-floor timber window frames in need of repair or replacement - whatever is most cost effective. Only woodwork necessary, prep and paintwork will be arranged separately. Locations of damage are the whole bottom section of a larger window, and the bottom left corner of a smaller window - exact sizes TBC.

Modify current window frame and glass to be rectangle shape, ie replace the top section (marked on the photo in yellow) with wood to match the current window frame. Painting the new wood and window frame not required. Width of window is 86cm.

I've cleaned and painted some of my eaves and fascia boards. But my ladder doesn't stretch far enough for the rest. Want someone, with their own ladder and insurance, to come and clean then paint my eaves and the high window frames/sills. See photos for the bits in red for what I need painted. The kid in the picture is 135CM if you want an idea as to how high the tallest bit is. I'd say you'll at least need a 10M latter, if not bigger, to get to it.
