I need one window frame painted in the stairway

Looking for an experienced painter who can spray paint my 18 aluminium windows (inc 2 sliding doors),seal all exterior gaps, paint all exterior walls, paint garage aluminium doors, garage gutters, water tank, garage walls and tiled roof. Carport posts and certain sections to be paint. I want the job done soon. Prefer you work with someone else to get the job done efficiently. Must have experience and show photos of their work. Please advise your day rate and how long you think it’d take you. I’ll supply paint.

Exterior timber window frames require repainting. There are 15 windows of various sizes. Exterior surfaces only need to be painted. Paint will be supplied.

Freshen up a small 3 br cottage - paint all wooden window frames and doors a satin white.

Due to leaks and moisture, the window frames and ceiling skylight frames got damaged and moulded. Prefer not to replace the frame and not to overhaul. Potentially, scrape, patch with new layers or board then polish.

I need the outside window frames of my gym shopfront painted white to freshen up the look. Will need ladder to jump onto awning and prep the frames and coat enough to sustain the sun damage, you will also need a step up/ladder on the awning to reach the frames from that awning. See images attached. Also at the bottom there is a blue strip which would look better white as well. Today preferred, you won't need access into the gym so that makes it even easier to organise. I have a window frame on house that is water damaged and needs repair/replacement and the guttering/roofing above repaired to stop it happening again. Second story bedroom window. No water ingress, water damage is on outside. There is no guttering above but needs some kind of solution to stop overflow of water from roof at this point to stop the run onto the wall and window. Struggling to find a builder willing to do this job in isolation. Any solo carpenters/handymen out there that can handle a job like this? No idea of cost, if budget is not appropriate, please make an offer.
