We have a black steel security gate at our front door, recently repainted and in good condition. The arched top section already has flyscreen mesh, but the main lower section has none (see photos). The frame has a spline channel, with some old spline still in it. I’d like new mesh fitted to the lower section so we can leave the front door open without insects coming in. Scope of work: - Remove the old spline and clear any paint or debris from the channel - Supply and fit new mesh across the lower section, ideally matching the fanlight mesh - Fit new spline, correctly sized for the channel, with the mesh taut and no sagging - Make sure the gate still opens, closes and latches properly, with the mesh clear of the lock and handle - Tidy up and remove offcuts Please also include recommendation on what type of mesh(es) we should consider and impact on price

We demolished x1 wall (approx 3m wide) and x1 door frame (0.8m wide) Need help making good the wall (and also a mesh between brick and wall - see pic) and ceiling where the walls are removed for painting over. I have a problem with a sliding kitchen door getting jammed. The location is a unit in Willoughby. The tenants can get the door back on the tracks but it’s not moving smoothly and seems to get caught in a different spot every time, but most often at either end of the range. A photo is attached.
