I have tried DIY patching with a gap filler but failed because the adjacent paint is also peeling off. * Then repaint the whole wall with natural white paint. I have the paint the wall is about 2.5 wide x 2.2.m high. * you may need to put a sealer first on just the repaired part. * You will see 2 photos. The first is the original where the frame came off. The second is when I tried to patch and paint.
