Items include: Basic Carpentry - Install Towel rails, Door Handles, Adjust doors. Basic Plastering - Patch small holes etc. Caulking - Internal and External Basic Tiling - Replace a couple of cracked tiles. Brick Repairs - Repair mortar blowouts and touchups.
