I have ordered a 4m square cantilever umbrella for my concrete patio. I need someone to drill into concrete and securely install the base of this umbrella. I have a picture of the patio and the umbrella. I've drawn lines in blue for where I want it installed. (Currently there's a dog bed on the spot where I want it but that can obviously be moved). The umbrella is arriving estimated Jan 16-20.

The hills hoist is set in concrete. One arm has been dangerously broken off in the high wind on this 40 degree day. It is still attached to wires that look in danger of garroting someone. Urgent removal of this hazard is preferred.
