The water spilling from the shower has damaged the grout and timber skirting next to it. And it looks like it's seeped into the floor below to the kitchen ceiling (discoloration can be physically seen), see images attached. I need a plumber to check that there isn't any pipes leaking in the subfloor, regret the damaged tiles in the bathroom floor, replace skirting and paint the skirting. See video on BIGW website https://www.bigw.com.au/product/dreambaby-liberty-security-gate-with-smart-stay-open-feature/p/821418 Cannot manage the extra task with everything we have going on right now. You’ll need to check these instructions and bring a few screws.
