Hi I was wondering if u could help with a few issues at my rental property 1. There are several handles at the property that are loose - bedroom, toilet & bathroom) - Most likely would need to be all tightened 2. The back sliding door is extremely hard to open - Might need new rollers put on the doors 3. The water pressure in the bathroom is very weak and at full power it is just dribbling out of the nozzle

We require a handy person to do several odd jobs around the house: 1. Source and replace 2 x slate floor tiles that have come loose and broken (190 x 380mm). Also looking to purchase a few spares for next time. 2. Back sliding timber door is old and in bad shape. The timber has expanded due to moisture and is very tight in the frame and difficult to open. Will possibly need to be planed back and roller replaced. Not looking to replace door at this stage.

Managed to damage the sliding door. The runner seems to have come off. May need replacement.

One door has dropped and will not slide smoothly. I also need a new handle put on a bedroom door . I have the handle here. Only apply if you have a good deal of experience in internal timber cavity sliding door repairs please.

The sliding door (from the bedroom to the bathroom) is not sliding smoothly. It gets stuck and force is requires to push it along. I’m needing someone to repair the tracks so that the door can open/close smoothly. Edited to add that only one roller is visible and both may need to be replaced.

Help needed to adjust large sliding door as it won’t lock, and has become very stiff and hard to close/open. Door is about 3.5m wide x 2.3m high. Cedar frame with single glazing. Existing key lock is for a sliding system - photos attached.

I have 3 sliding door need to adjust the height to fit my new carpet and flooring, probably they will need to be trimmed at the bottom.
