The glass light shade appears cross-threaded and is stuck — the tenant can't screw it back properly or remove it to replace the globe. Scope: Carefully free/remove the stuck glass shade without cracking it, and replace the globe. Re-seat the shade correctly so it can be removed normally in future. If the light fitting / light kit is damaged (stripped thread) and needs replacing — which involves disconnecting wiring — please advise and quote that separately (licensed electrician required for that part). Requirements: Public liability insurance (please confirm in your offer). If wiring/light-kit work is involved: current WA electrical licence and an Electrical Safety Certificate on completion.
