I am looking for an experienced renderer or plasterer to repair a section of damaged rendering in the entrance hallway of my home. The Task: • Assess and Prep: Remove any loose or "drummy" render from the affected area. • Patching: Apply a new render coat to match the existing thickness and level. • Finishing: Ensure the texture matches the surrounding wall (e.g., smooth finish, sand finish, or bagged). • Clean up: Ensure the floor is protected and all debris is removed.

I require a mains wired neon artwork installing which will require the transformer sinking into the concrete wall by Monday 22nd December at the latest. I also have a variety of additional electrical work doing which I'd like to walk you through when you install the neon artwork. I have no idea how long the additional work will take but a lot of it involves replacing existing downlights with LIFX downlights. I am willing to pay $800 for a day's work even if all the work takes less than a day. If it takes longer than a day then I will pay the additional hourly rate that you quote me. My priority is getting the neon artwork installed by Monday 22/12 but if you have the availability and are able to source the additional parts including LIFX down lights before Christmas then that would be a fantastic additional bonus.

I have purchased an EasyShed 3 x 2.2 m. I have cleared the ground, but it needs to be levelled, and add concrete pavers (I have purchased 600 x 600 x 40 mm). Then the shed needs to be assembled.
