I have a standard 2 car electric garage door opener. The spring to lift the door snapped on one side. It needs to be replaced (potentially along with the other on so it's balanced. Once this is completed, door should be checked and adjusted for normal operation. Payment will be in cash. Requires someone experienced in garage doors and has evidence of insurance. FYI the doors opened fine before the motors failed – have been opening them manually for a couple of years so I think the mechanism works OK. I can purchase/supply the motors for the job – I was thinking this motor kit, which also includes the myQ Connectivity Kit which I’d also like installed will meet the requirement.
