Bedroom door handle is loose and won't close anymore. When the handle is pushed down it does nothing; when forced up the latch partially retracts but not fully, so the door cannot close properly. The handle was previously functional. Looking for assessment and repair of the existing handle/latch.

Remove door handle that has damaged screws (I.e. the Phillips head inlay is worn down) and install new door knob

Bathroom door needs trimming so it will fit. Recent bathroom reno means the tiles are slightly higher than the old floor. Approx 5mm to be trimmed off the base.
