Door is stuck as roller has deteriorated

I need to have the roller wheels replaced or new wheel and bracket installed at the top of the door and the door reset onto the guide rail. The screen door itself is in good condition, no new mesh required.

The smaller glass door & fly screen door rollers both vibrate when rolling & slightly jam on fully opening & rollers will need replacing. The brush seal on the opening side needs replacing. The inner seal on the joining side (middle) is fine. The bigger glass doors & fly screen doors don't vibrate & might just need some oil or similar. The brush seal on the opening side also needs replacing. The inner seal on the joining side (middle) needs adjustment or similar as it allows cold air to blow in when full closed. The fly screen door handle is loose & needs tightening.

Install my new front door I haven’t bought hinges yet and I haven’t stained it either? Open to that being included or not included in the price. Thanks

the Hume Doors bi-fold door on our linen closet has disconnected. The pivot at the base / hinge of the door is no longer connected to the floor socket. I have a fited out campervan I just took around aus but the retractable shower door I had installed took up too much space with the framing of it so I am looking to change the setup to a curtain or opening door to allow more entry space.
