Door is stuck as roller has deteriorated

I need to have the roller wheels replaced or new wheel and bracket installed at the top of the door and the door reset onto the guide rail. The screen door itself is in good condition, no new mesh required.

The smaller glass door & fly screen door rollers both vibrate when rolling & slightly jam on fully opening & rollers will need replacing. The brush seal on the opening side needs replacing. The inner seal on the joining side (middle) is fine. The bigger glass doors & fly screen doors don't vibrate & might just need some oil or similar. The brush seal on the opening side also needs replacing. The inner seal on the joining side (middle) needs adjustment or similar as it allows cold air to blow in when full closed. The fly screen door handle is loose & needs tightening.

We are seeking a carpenter to supply and install a Bi-fold sliding door at Eastbank Ave, Collaroy. The opening of the door is 1440mm wide (approx.), and 2055mm high (approx.). The optimal solution is a bi-fold sliding door with multiple panels, with a tracking system and hinges, so it folds as it opens. The specifications are as follows: • The door needs to stack on the south eastern side (allowing maximum north eastern views when it’s open). • It appears that three (3) panels are optimal, however we are happy to be guided by the carpenter if there is a better option. • We have considered a sliding barn door (and got a quote from Hume Doors), however this will be bulky and have a detrimental impact on views. We think the sliding door will be much more effective. Once interest is ascertained, I will send through a full project brief with pictures and details. The document is in PDF. format, so I have been unable to upload it.
