Three windows. Wood is rotten and leaking. Need replacing wither with aluminium or wood frames. Front windows, first floor above awning.

Recently moved into a unit that has some local road noise i am looking to reduce in the master bedroom and lounge area. 1 medium window, 1 glass door, 3 french sliding doors. Pop to local bunnings and purchase sound proofing items. Acoustic caulk, weather strips etc.. install. Will pay extra for all things we need on top of budget assigned. Source and install soundproof curtain wall fitting across glass door area. Stage 2 ( additional costs to be agreed) measure master bedroom window are and source a magnetite secodnary window install. Potentially also replace blinds with sound proofing blinds if available / cost efficient.

Replace existing door with a new door provided by me and using existing fixtures no materials required.

Top hung, wind out window hinge, on side of house, 2nd floor with limited side access needs repair/replacing.

- 3x floating shelves installed - 3x locks on cupboards installed (need to purchase locks too) - 2x locks installed on sliding wardrobes to lock from opening to a certain spot (need locks purchased, like a patio bolt?) - 3x fan holders installed - fridge door hinge installed (hinges already supplied) - 6x blind pulleys drilled into wall - installed lock on shed (it’s an easy shed lock system I have - but not sure if it can be done without taking roof off?) - barn door handles installed (the back needs to be recessed if possible?)

Windows have become rotten and I would like them replaced and fixed, so they close properly and seal when closed. It's the 2 wooden windows which open - you can see in my second picture (one window above the other)

The frame -window door is allowing water into the flooring. First I need reg builder report for Strata then work done to fix this problem.

Ripped screen on screen door

Install a moveable fly screen on our kitchen window. Size. Fly screen should measure 70cm W x 91cm H. Needs to be white frame and black mesh. Must supply all materials and tools.

Need someone to fiz one timer of a balcony glass sliding door plus putting the fly screen bbq k on the track, install a small shelf.

I will need a handyman to assist with installing a single door. I will purchase the relevant materials and paint the door.

Fix dismantle ikea 3 door furtinure, loose some screw while moving house, you would need some screw

Hang three large prints, two mirrors, two clocks and fix the hinges on two cupboards

Should be a quick job, just need to cut a few mm off 3 doors (off the top only!) and don’t have the right tools They are catching at the top when sliding so I hope it will fix them! I can help bring doors out so it’s a quick slice Cheers There are 3 doors in total.
