We need a carpenter or handyperson to convert an archway into a doorway. The property has recently been refurbished (2019) and we have an 985mm wide archway to have a door installed. A section of my Alloy & PVC stormwater downpipe has come loose and fallen off the side of the house. I need someone experienced to reattach and secure it properly to the wall and ensure correct water flow. I need two door knobs installed I have the knobs already. You need to drill new holes for the bolts etc.

The roller shutter is closed and won’t open. There is power to it. Sounds like a ‘ chug’’ won’t ‘catch’ as it tries to open.
