I have a roller shutter installed by Sunline Roller Shutters. Its a battery operated one. It sometimes works for a day or two, sometimes it wont work for an entire week. Ive had the battery replaced a year ago, not sure why it isn't working again.

Need help to assist with fixing shutters - electric shutter motor is stuck and does not bring the shutters all the way up. (2 shutters) There is a smaller manual shutter that cant roll up as well.

My electric roller shutter often comes straight back down after I try to put it up.
