My roller shutter is stuck, it’s one that goes into the eve of the roof. It’s very old, maybe 20 years old since it’s been installed. They are handle operated. The shutter goes down but not up.

I have a couple of roller shutters stuck open. They seem to have retracted too far up and are stuck. The main one I need repaired is on a second floor with the roller shutter going into the roof cavity.
