We have roller shutters and one of them needs to replace or fix because we can left up and down.

We accidentally closed our roller shutter on an object and now it’s closed all the way but won’t open up. We can hear a click when we try to open it.

My roller shutter is stuck, it’s one that goes into the eve of the roof. It’s very old, maybe 20 years old since it’s been installed. They are handle operated. The shutter goes down but not up.
