Roller shutter came out from the mortar

My electric roller shutter stopped working after it got stuck on something while closing. I could still hear the motor running, so I believe the motor is fine. After opening the casing, I found the shutter had jammed, and while unrolling it manually, one of the power wires came loose from the small 4-pin plug adaptor that connects to the motor. There was a small spark when the wire slipped out. I need someone to help reconnect the wires properly to the adaptor (or replace it if needed) and refit everything back into place so the shutter operates normally again. Hi my electric roller shutter does not work. It’s ground floor. I can hear motor working - looks like springs inside have gone out of alignment. Not old less than two year old.
