In a rental property and moving out formally soon. Discovered that there are some damages in: 1. Two kitchen cabinet shelves have broken hinge 2. One bench top has damage I wonder how much it will cost to fix this? I want some quotes for now so that I can discuss accordingly with the property manager. Also, how long will it take to fix this type of issue? (a reason for asking is I have already moved to a new place and shall need to make time to be present during repairing)

Replacement of water damaged floorboards. Damaged area measures approx 50cm from the wall. Looking to fix hole as well as adjacent floorboards which have also been damaged (see pics). Need done before kitchen install. Cabinetry will be installed on top of affected area.
