Prime and supply and apply render approx 3-4 meter long on a brick wall

We are wanting to create a Tuscan look in the small space and want to render the side. It’s a small job. The length is approx 10 meters with about half being metal - the other side is approx 4 meters with more than half metal

I would like to render the fire place with an off white finish

I have a mail brick mail box/ power box structure that needs to be rendered. There are also some touch up areas that need to be fixed

Looking to get a previous extension plastered or rendered on the interior for plaster. Will tile onto it eventually Just walks required. Ceiling completed. Room is 1910 by 3090. There is a window and door. Ceiling is 8ft. The room was made in the 80s and he's obviously used random bricks to piece it together so want a single render to pull it to one look. There is plumbing fed through the brick for hot, cold and waste so if possible to work around that.

Need 3 x A2 Frames hung on brick wall (rendered) please. One hook already in place, so two hooks required either side of existing one. Need done today (Saturday 16th October).
